These two maple planks, cut from the same tree, are both 40 inches wide and 1.5 inches thick. One is 82 inches long (just shy of 7 feet) and one is 60 inches long (5 feet). The longer piece could be a unique dining table, and the shorter one an excellent kitchen or breakfast nook table.
The larger piece has a live edge, which is an uncut side with only the bark removed. This allows you to see the profile of the tree as it was before it was felled.
I'd love to work with you to make one or both of these tables a place for meals with friends and family. Let's talk about how we could make that happen.
